Integrated Structural and Functional Therapy
There is an old Osteopathic saying that goes; the structure of the body governs its function, while the body’s function influences its structure. For example, if your car wouldn’t start, you would be foolish to expect positive results by repeatedly turning the key. More than likely, the car’s mechanics need to be adjusted before you would hear the hum of the motor. The same is true of the body.
With Integrated Structural Therapy we are able to address pain, dysfunction, disease and disability by seeking and appropriately treating the root causes of these ailments. It is this work that lays the building blocks for the re-emergence of function, and ultimately Integrated Functional Therapy.
The combined efforts of Integrated Structural and Functional Therapy provide the framework for true body recovery and health.
